The enrollment pass is applicable to any product within the Guest Pass category in the Member Store

Yes, after each calendar year your unused guest passes expire. They will not be rolled forward to the next calendar year.

There are no refunds or returns on unused benefits or promotional coupons provided through the course of your membership.

If you have multiple guest passes available you can choose to use one or more at checkout. You do not need to use them all on a single event.
